We hire the Old Library for:

Parties, gatherings, social events
Private activities, classes
Workshops, talks, discussions
Ad-hoc and weekly/monthly

You can privately hire the space during some week day evenings, Saturday’s from 3pm and all day on a Sunday.

We run our community cafe on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays 10-3pm. The space is NOT available to hire during theses times. The cafe is closed however during the following dates and The Old Library is available for hire during those dates:

April 5th – April 24th (Back open April 25th)

May 3rd – May 8th (Back open May 9th)

May 24th – May 29th (Back open May 30th)

July 25th – Sept 7th (Back open Sept 8th)

Dec 20th – Jan 4th (Back open Jan 5th)

We also have a regular term time only booking which runs 9-3pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays. If you wish to
book one of these days out of term time please get in touch via the email above.

However if you have an activity that would be open to the public and benefits the community, we may also be able to fit you in on a public opening day when our cafe is open– just get in touch!
