Evening candle lit yoga class taken by Lucy or Jess at The Old Library on Muller Road. This class focuses on breath led movement ,building strength and then relaxing into some longer held postures designed to create more space in the body.
Come and explore your body, still your mind and get to know how your breath is your best friend in our Evening Flow yoga sessions, Thursday evenings, 8-9pm.
