Steph welcomes you to Basil’s Cafe, where you can join for fresh coffees, tasty hot food, snacks and cakes in our warm and welcome Old Library hub.

With Basil’s Cafe ensuring the Old Library can reliably open on a regular basis, the Old Library will have its doors open every Monday, Friday and Saturday from 9.30-3pm with a wonderful new food and drinks menu available throughout. This also means the space is now open to you to hold and run your community events and activities during this time! Fancy starting up an open mic? Organising a walking group to start and finish here? Or perhaps meet up with your book club on a regular basis? This community space is your space to enjoy!
