The Old Library Repair Café on Saturday the 9th of April will be all about garment repairs and sustainable fashion!
Do you own a ripped pair of jeans you can’t quite let go of? Or a shirt you haven’t been able to wear because it’s missing a button? Bought some trousers that are just a few inches too long? We can help with all of that in our friendly and social stitch, repair, and skill sharing session!
Bring your faulty garments, along with any items required for the repair (zips, buttons, etc.) and we’ll help you breathe new life in your beloved clothes! This is not only an opportunity to upgrade your wardrobe, but also to chat and meet other people in the community… and obviously to have a cuppa, the café will be open!
