Clare-Louise Symonds has been practising yoga and meditation for 15 years. She trained as a yoga teacher and yoga therapist with the Inner Yoga Trust in 2006 and has been teaching yoga and meditation for the past eight years, as well as using yoga therapeutically on a one to one basis with people who have specific ailments.

Claire-Louise’s Mindful Yoga classes take place at the Old Library on a Monday evening and are suitable for people of all ages and abilities. The Yoga 4 All poses are adapted to suit each body to ensure that the integrity of the pose remains and each individual gets what they need to out of the pose.  Claire-Louise teaches using the mindfulness techniques of focusing on the breath and connecting the mind into the body.

Currently classes take place on:

Mondays 7.30-9pm – Restorative Yoga

At The Old Library, Muller Road, Bristol BS5 6XP.

Cost: £8 per session with a reduction for block payments.
