The Old Library, Eastville, has been open since September 2016, and has lots of new activities and events coming up and being added regularly for the South Lockleaze, Purdown & Eastville neighbourhood. Keep up-to-date with all the activities going on in the calendar here!

If you have an idea for an activity then please do get in touch: hello@theoldlibrary.org.uk. We can offer free venue hire if you would like to share your skills through a running a community workshop or event on behalf of The Old Library, or very competitive rates for private paid-for classes. We have lots of space, free WiFi & computer facilities, and a small kitchen area, plus a projector for hire, and can be very flexible in terms of space needed, access to garden and more.

Basil’s Cafe is open to the public term time Monday, Thursday & Friday 9am – 3pm. A German playgroup is on alongside the cafe most Mondays 10am – 12pm.
